("NetGuruPhone" and/or "AWO") is a provider of content and various e-commerce products and services catering to the general public. This privacy policy applies to our U.S.A. based operations pertaining to all products and services provided by NetGuruPhone.
Privacy Statement
AWO takes your privacy very seriously. As we gather information about our users, we want to help you understand the terms and conditions surrounding the collection storage and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses the type of information we gather, how we use the information, and how to correct or change the information. These privacy practices apply to the website that you were previously viewing when you clicked through to this policy, which is operated by AWO.
1. AWO Collected Information.
AWO's goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with content and efficient services. Since AWO promotes quality services, collecting information is critical for maintaining the level of service we promote to our users.

AWO does not monitor any activity or Web Trends once you leave our website.
The information that AWO tracks is collected in a many ways, including, but not limited to the following:

Third-Party Advertisement Placement
Some of AWO's advertisers may use third-party companies to place their advertisements on our website. AWO may compile your information and disclose such information in a non-personally identifiable manner to advertisers and other third parties for marketing, promotional, and other purposes. AWO will not disclose to third parties any information that could be used to identify you personally.
Online Data To Co-Branded Partners.
If you access services or products from any of our co-branded partners, you may be required to provide account data for those third party services. Such account data will be passed on to our co-branded partners when their ordering system is accessed.
Mergers, Acquisitions Or Other Business Transfers.
We continuously seek to improve our website, products and services. To accomplish these proposed objectives, we may purchase or sell a company, or various companies in our corporate family may merge or be acquired by another company. If there is a material change in our privacy policy, we will notify you on our website and provide a link for you to view the new privacy statement
7. Online Child Privacy Protection.
Our website is not suitable for children under the age of 13. We operate our website in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and do not permit registration by, and will not knowingly collect or use personally identifiable information from, anyone under 13 years of age. This requirement is posted during the registration process.
